Victoria Beckham to design shoes and bags

She started out with sunglasses and denim, branched into a fully-fledged ready-to-wear collection, and now Victoria Beckham is set to conquer the world of accessories.
The popstar-turned-designer has announced that her next creative project is going to be a collection of Victoria Beckham bags and shoes.
Posh is though to be fed up of being a ‘walking advert' for other designers, who benefit from increased sales whenever she is pictured with one of their pieces.
A close friend of the stylista told the sun: ‘Victoria is fed up of promoting other brands. If she wears Hermes or Christian Louboutin, people go and buy it.
‘She thought, ‘why can't I do this with my own line?'' the insider continued. ‘Her current collection has gone down a storm across the celebrity world. If this is repeated with her line of shoes, the range would be worth an absolute fortune.'
The high-end frocks certainly have been a hit within A-list circles, having been worn by the likes of Jennifer lopez, Dannii Minogue, Blake Lively and Elle MacPherson, and even making an appearance on Blair Waldorf in Gossip Girl.
But with the announcement of this latest project, comes the news that proud hubbie David Beckham has offered to build her a huge design workshop in their Hertfordishire ‘Beckingham Palace' mansion, when they return to the UK.

If they are going to be anything like her dresses, then they'll be beautiful. I just hope I can afford them!

She really thinks highly of herself, doesn't she? Oh. so only when she wears designer stuff do ppl. run and buy- never mind all of the other celebs out there! No, just because she wears it, do other ppl. have to have it. Ever think that other ppl. can make up their own minds as to what they like and want to wear? What an arrogant, greedy, selfish woman. Vile woman!

Is it just me or is Victoria Beckham quite ridiculous??? Should all celebrities getting 'papped' wearing designer (or other) items now try to capitalize by launching their own brand? What is amusing is that I am pretty sure that Hermes and Christian Louboutin are quite offended by the comments from this friend, neither brands have courted her to wear their product, she is the one who wanted the association!!
