Suri Cruise and Katie Holmes spent another chilly day on the set of dad Tom's new film.

The three-year-old was bundled up in blankets, but still managed to sneak in a touch of glamour with some leopard-print pumps.

Tom is currently filming action flick Wichita in Massachusetts, and Suri and Katie have frequently been seen on set.

Katie says it is important to her to keep her family together, even if she or Tom is working.

'In my own life, my whole world really revolves around family. I do what I need to do, but it's like, 'How is everybody else doing?' And it's wonderful for me as an actress to put some of that into a character,' she says.

The Dawson's Creek star reveals how she juggles being an actress with having a young daughter.

While Katie was starring in Broadway play, All My Sons, she says Suri would often accompany her to the theatre.

'Suri would sit in my lap in the makeup chair. She'd hand the wig lady the bobby pins.'

Katie, 30, also confesses her passion for fashion, to US Elle magazine.

'I love Alaia, for sure. Stella McCartney. I like Ralph Lauren because I feel like it's very American, and I'm pretty all-American, from Ohio. Isabel Marant and a new designer, Sari Gueron,' she says.

And the real reason behind her attraction to Tom may finally have been revealed. Katie says she's a big fan of watching movies, even vampire films.

'It can be any genre. I even like vampire movies - they just have to be well done,' she admits.

Tom starred in 90s vampire film Interview with a Vampire, so perhaps that's when Katie's crush first began?!
