'I think I love Katy', says Russell Brand

They've only just gone public with their new romance, but Russell Brand says he already has deep feelings for pop star Katy Perry.

Katy was spotted leaving Russell's flat early on Saturday morning, confirming rumours the duo had been secretly dating for a while.

Now friends say Russell could even kill off his womanising ways for his new squeeze.

'I think I'm in love,' Russell told The Sun.

But he refused to discuss the details of their love life - a possible first for the notorious Cassanova?

'I don't think I should be drawn on that,' he said shyly. Bless!

Friends of the TV presenter and actor says it may be the real thing for Russell.

'He really sees her as an ideal catch and is prepared to stop seeing other girls,' a source close to Russell told the paper.

'He doesn't want to talk about it yet as he doesn't want to blow his chances.'

Katy, 24, left Russell - who looked visibly gutted - on Saturday to hit Paris Fashion Week.

Her friends say she's also smitten with the former sex addict.

'She knows about Russell's reputation, but finds him really charming and funny. She's keen to make a go of it,' a pal told The Sun.

Could we hear wedding bells before Christmas? Fingers crossed?!
