She might be 41, but there's no sign Pamela Anderson's ready to hang up her itsy-bitsy outfits just yet.

The former Baywatch actress made eyes pop at an AIDS gala in Austria in a teeny-tiny gold leotard, with ultra-bouffant hair, carrying an oversized ghettoblaster.

Katy Perry followed the theme, appearing on-stage sitting in an oyster shell, donning a matching shell-detail corset.

So it was left to Eva Longoria Parker to bring back the class in a pastel-pink fishtail gown.

The aim of the night was to ensure people stay focused on the fight against AIDS.

Eva, who attended the event as a representative of the American Foundation for AIDS Research, told the crowd: 'There's a terrible shortage of doctors and other health care workers who are trained to provide the proper treatment and care for those children.'

And former US president Bill Clinton, who established the Clinton HIV/AIDS Initiative in 2002, said: 'Tonight, you are not just enjoying an extraordinary extravaganza, you are helping children and women and men to live in far away places who would have no money, no medicine, no hope.'
