Getty's wife refuses divorce

Sienna Miller may have got her married lover Balthazar Getty, but it looks like his wife is having the last laugh: she has said she does not plan to divorce him.
The actor's wife Rosetta Millington, 37, has said the Brothers and Sisters actor will have to file for divorce if he is to have any hope of marrying the British actress.
Sources claim Millington, a fashion designer and former model, wants to secure the financial future of the four children she has with the star.
A divorce would mean missing out on entitlement to the future earnings of the 33-year-old actor, namely his billion dollar inheritance from the Getty family's oil fortune.
There have been conflicting reports about the reaction of the Getty clan to the actor's relationship with Miller, who is spending more and more time in Los Angeles.
A source told celebrity website TMZ that they are giving Rosetta and the children their full support – but other reports suggest they have welcomed the actress.

I hope she secures adequate finance for the children reflecting his future wealth.
And I wonder how Sienna will cope being a step-mother.
I see poor little rich kids ahead....
