Nicollette Sheridan and Michael Bolton have called off their two-year engagement, and ended their relationship



Confirming the split to People Magazine, a rep for the Desperate Housewives actress commented, 'Nicollette Sheridan and Michael Bolton have amicably ended their engagement. They appreciate your respect for their privacy in this matter.'



The couple originally started dating in 1992, and were together for five years before splitting. They were reunited in 2005, and announced their engagement shortly after in March

2006.



Both the 55-year-old musican and 44-year-old actress have been married before. Sheridan ended a two-year marriage to actor Harry Hamlin in the ealy nineties, while Bolton was married to Maureen McGuire for 15 years, before they divorced in 1990.
