Justin Timberlake to host Oscars?

Justin Timberlake is being lined up as the next host of the Academy Awards.
The singer is currently making something of a second career as an awards show host, having successfully taken the helm at the recent ESPY Awards, and now Oscar bigwigs are hoping he can inject some life into their show, too.
The Oscars have been suffering in recent years from a serious drop in ratings as younger viewers switch off, unimpressed by the line-up of older, less glitzy nominees.
'They think Justin can reel in young viewers and make the show much more exciting,' an insider tells the National Enquirer.
'Justin’s more than a singer-he’s a song-and-dance man… Justin does it all and he knows how to work a star-studded audience. Our first question was, "Can we get him?"'
Should JT fall through, comedienne and star of Baby Mama, Tina Fey, is being mooted as a possible alternative.
