Victoria Beckham posh fashion range

Victoria Beckham is taking her fashion aspirations up a gear, by debuting a new range of high-end evening dresses at New York Fashion Week.

Making quite a departure from her dVb jeans range, the collection will have a decidedly upscale starting price of $1,200.

Speaking to World Entertainment News, the Spice Girl divulged, 'It will be something completely different from what I’ve ever done. I'm just putting it together at the moment, but they will be very upscale dresses and likely will start at around $1,200 retail. I'm going to be using very expensive fabrics and finishes, lots of embroideries.'

It is yet to be confirmed whether the collection will debut in the form of a show or launch at New York Fashion Week, either of which would be a bold move for Beckham, placing herself amongst some of the biggest designers in the world.
