Naomi pleads guilty to assault
By Ruth Doherty on Friday 20 June 2008
Naomi Campbell has pleaded guilty to assaulting two police officers at Heathrow airport in court today.
The irascible supermodel pleaded guilty to four of the six charges she was facing at Uxbridge Magistrates' Court, including two counts of assaulting a police constable; one of using threatening, abusive words or behavior to cabin crew; and one of using insulting, abusive, threatening behavior or disorderly conduct likely to cause harassment, alarm or distress.
According to the Daily Mail, the 38-year-old will be sentenced later today, and is likely to avoid jail and, instead, receive a community penalty. The maximum sentence for the assaults she pleaded guilty to is six months in prison and/or a £5000 fine.
Before the court convened, a rep for the model told press she 'regretted' the incident, which took place at Heathrow's terminal five on a plane bound for LA.
Police were called and forcibly removed Naomi when she flew into a rage over one of her bags going missing.
Last year, Campbell was ordered to attend anger management classes and complete five days of community service after she pleaded guilty to assault for throwing a mobile phone at her housekeeper.

What really annoys me is that if one of us behaved the same as Ms Campbell we'd be put behind bars. I don't understand why there seems to be a "soft" law for all of these so called stars!
