Summer's must-have shoe
This summer's must-have shoe isn't a slinky stiletto or the latest Marc Jacobs sandal design. No, in fact, it's the FitFlop. And not just any FitFlop - a fashionable gladiator-style version, which retails for a cool £90. Oh, yes, and it isn't even on sale yet.

I got mine last year, but like other folks find they rub and cause blisters. However I did feel on the days I wore them my muscles felt a bit achey (in a good post workout way). I just couldn't wear them day after day as my feet had to recover, which kind of defeats the purpose. Much cheaper than MBTs though!

The verdict is still out. I haven't decided whether they work or not, but who knows. You be the judge.

Flipflops are comfy but really rub my big toe! I can't wear them for too long!
