Amy Winehouse is reportedly set to divorce her incarcerated husband Blake Fielder-Civil, after falling for another man.

Amy has been spotted holding hands and cuddling up to her manager Raye Cosbert's assistant, Alex Haynes, and, according to The Sun, the pair have been growing close for the last month.

Alex has been described as a 'clean-cut mummy's boy from Gloucesterhire' who isn't a big drinker and who doesn't take drugs – the opposite, then, of her husband Blake, who currently resides in a North London jail awaiting trial for allegedly perverting the course of justice.

Blake and Amy have been married for 11 months, but recent signs show the marriage is in trouble. The singer failed to make it to the prison for his birthday recently, and yesterday was a no-show at his trial date court hearing.

In fact, it has been reported that Amy has told Blake their marriage is over.

Yesterday, Amy's mum Janis, admitted she had recently been introduced to Haynes – and that she gives the new couple her full blessing.

She told the Sunday Mirror: 'I'd spoken to Alex a couple of times over the phone, but this was the first time I'd actually met him.

'He's a lovely boy - gentle and sweet. He really looked after Amy popping out to buy cigarettes, papers, anything she wanted.

'He works for her manager so their relationship was professional to begin with but if they've made something of it, I'm thrilled.

'Blake has sent her down the wrong path - drugs and self-harm. She needs a man she can depend on, who can look after her.

She added: 'I'm praying that Alex is that man.'

sadly amy will fall straight back into blakes arms when he gets released from jail,this is very typical behavior "out of sight out of mind",i do hope amy reads this and proves me and thousands of other people rooting for her very,very wrong,do it amy you no you can.

Yes, i agree with the last person that she may just go back to that loser she married. She is hooked up on drugs cos it is such a pressure to be stick thin as all well known people are supposed to be. I reckon that is why she is always drinkin n smoking so she doesn't think bout food too much. It is a substitute and we women always have to be like a rake don't we? I struggle with food and trying to stay fit but it is so hard n i wish her all the best and hope this guy is good for her n steers her in the right direction

I remember Amy when I saw her in Birmingham at a student's gig a long time ago. She was fabulous. She looked like a real woman and her delivery was amazing. Her talent has developed since then. If only she could leave Blake and do what she does best! Her personality may draw her back to Blake which will be the death of her I'm afraid. Amy we are rooting for you go for life girl!
