Natural water hole pulls in tourists

If you're looking for a daredevil encounter, then look no further, the aptly named Devil's Swimming Pool, which lies at the top of Victoria Falls in Zambia, should fulfil your desires.

The natural water hole has seen thousands of tourists flock to test their nerves as they splash about above the 100m waterfall, with only a slippery lip of rock to hold them back.

Watch thrillseekers diving into the pool below:

The natural creation occurs every year when the dry season reduces water levels to a pool, likened to an infinity pool.

The most fearless tourists dive into the water and allow themselves to be carried at speed towards the precipice of the falls. It is the rock lip which stops them tumbling over the edge, with the 500 million litres of water that pours down the mile-wide falls every minute.
