Christian Louboutin's new London shoe haven
By Lucy Hutchings on Tuesday 22 April 2008
Next month, Christian Louboutin will bring his luxurious red soled shoes to London's Mayfair, with the arrival of a new European flagship store.
The shop on W1's Mount Street has been developed with the help of New York architect Eric Clough, to become the new destination store of choice for shoe lovers.
The three-room layout will house not only the designer's heels, but also the burgeoning handbag collection, which will sit in brightly coloured tin frames dotted throughout the shop.
Mr. Louboutin said of his new address, In such a pretty street, I want to have my prettiest shoes.
The signature red soled high heel courts have become the glamorous footwear of choice for the A-list, with fans including Victoria Beckham, Sarah Jessica Parker and Katie Holmes.

I can't wait to visit this shop! So many shoes, so little time! Good Luck with the new flagship store Mr L!

I was trying to get my hands on a pair of Christian Louboutin's from last season called Privatita Pump which I absolutely adore, so I called the one of the London stores only to be spoken to like a fool. The staff are so rude and there was no need to speak down to me. I only asked if they had any in stock.
I ended up buying my Christian Louboutin Privatita Pumps from an internet site called net-a-porter instead.
I also found Harrods to be brilliant help, their selection of Christian Louboutin's was fabulous.
So in the future I will buy from them unless the staff wish to rethink their attitude. They only work in a store in London they are not the famous Christian Louboutin!
