Naomi Campbell hits out at BA
By Ruth Doherty on Thursday 17 April 2008
Naomi Campbell has launched an attack at BA - claiming the airline disrespected its passengers and insisting she won't be flying with them anytime soon.
The supermodel, who was arrested and subsequently banned from flying with BA after she flew into a rage when one of her bags went missing, says the airline has now retracted its ban and is begging her to fly with them again.
But an outraged Campbell says she has refused to do so, in support of all the passengers who have lost their luggage.
She told a Brazilian newspaper: 'Someone from BA called me and asked that I return to fly with them but this will not occur so early.
'They didn't find my bag - said it wasn't in the system - and there was a complete disrespect for the passengers.
'You Brazilians went through the same problem last year (after an air traffic controllers' strike). The case at Terminal 5 at Heathrow was the same thing and I am not speaking for myself. I am speaking for all those who been disrespected.'
Campbell is currently in Brazil to help support a fight against a dengue fever epidemic. The supermodel offered to give blood but was rejected because she'd recently had surgery.
In February, she was rushed to a hospital in the Brazilian city of Sao Paulo to have a cyst removed.

Naomi is right!!! British Airlines is absolutely horrible for losing luggage and has an atrocious customer service attitude! They lost Kate Moss's luggage too but did not tell Kate Moss in London before her flight even took off??? Looks like some hypocrisy on the part of British airline as usual. They already had a class action lawsuit against them last year for lost luggage and bad customer service practises. Now with the terminal 5 fiasco they created things are even worse!!!!! You have to be a fool to fly with British Airlines
