Alberta Ferretti launches new eyewear collection

Alberta Ferretti sunglasses

Alberta Ferretti is debuting its first ever collection of eyewear, which will include sixteen glasses styles and six sunglasses.

To be launched this May at Milan's Fiera Rho-Pero, the collection is in collaboration with luxury glasses company Elite Group Spa.

Speaking of the collaboration, chairman of Aeffe, Massimo Ferretti commented, 'Elite is the ideal partner for the production of our eyewear collection, because its way of working, which focuses towards an extreme care to details, a total attention to the whole product process and a deep passion for fashion, is the same strong method that characterise our company.'

Reflecting the soft feminine style for which Ferretti is famed, the sunglasses range includes classic shapes tamed with contemporary coloured frames, such as soft powder blue, jewel purple and vibrant red.

Alberta Ferretti released a line of eyeglasses in the late '80s and early '90s. This is not their first attempt at eyeglasses. It was an amazing quality and very sheik. I'm looking forward to the new designs.
