A seasonal twist on the classic julep, lavender notes combine with mint to create a sweet fragrance.
Generous fruit led by citrus creates a refreshing cocktail for a hot summer's day.
Ingredients:
50ml GREY GOOSE La Poire
25ml Mirabelle Puree
Fresh Mint Leaves
1 teaspoon runny honey
Method:
1. Add mint leaves to a julep mug and bruise with the back of a spoon.
2. Build and serve over crushed ice.
3. Garnish with a sprig of lavender and mint.
