The Dukan essential. Can be made savoury or sweet so perfect for breakfast / lunch or as a snack.

1.5 / 2 tbs oat bran
1 egg white
1 tbsp quark
1 tbsp fromage frais
Mix the oat bran, quark, and fromage frais together until smooth.
If savoury you can add herbs at this stage and seasoning to taste!
Stiffly beat the egg whites, and work this into the mixture.
Once mixed thoroughly, pour the mixture into a warm non-stick frying pan, greased with a few drops of oil.
Cook on a medium heat for 2-3 mins on each side.
Top Tip! These are perfect as a snack, or breakfast treat! If you want a savoury Galette, try adding 175g of flaked tuna or smoked salmon to the beaten egg whites. For a sweet Galette, why not try adding almond extract or orange flower water?
