The black tea from China meets a Scandinavian summer's day in the latest exotic infusion from the ABSOLUT house, ABSOLUT Wild Tea. If you can get past the raw egg element, then this unusual ABSOLUT Wild Smokey Tea Cocktail makes a delicious treat to serve to guests.
Ingredients:
50ml ABSOLUT WILD TEA
20ml apricot brandy
25ml lemon juice
15ml egg white
2.5ml gomme
(Ardbeg 10-year-old rinse in Coupette)
Method:
1. Pour all ingredients into a boston glass.
2. Dry shake.
3. Add ice and shake.
4. Strain into a chilled coupette glass that has been rinsed with a peaty single malt whisky.
5. Garnish with an orange twist
