Express vin d’orange

Express vin d?orange

1 bottle of white wine
100ml vodka (4 measures)
1 tsp ground cinnamon
Juice of 2 large oranges
Sugar syrup, made by dissolving 3 tbsp sugar in 1 tbsp water in a pan, heating and leaving it to cool (or use bought sugar syrup)
Ice and 1 sliced orange, to serve

Pour the white wine and vodka into a large serving jug, add the cinnamon and orange juice. Pour in the sugar syrup. Swirl the ingredients to mix, add lots of ice and the orange slices and you’re ready to serve. Decorate the glasses with thinly sliced orange rind if you like.
