Smoked salmon blinis with caviar

These little bites are so delicious – they will be gone in seconds

Takes 20mins
Makes 32

2 x 135g pack blinis
200g (7oz) crème fraiche
1tbsp horseradish
200g (7oz) smoked salmon, divided into small slices
100g pot salmon caviar or lump fish roe

1. Warm the blinis in the microwave for 20 seconds or wrap in foil and warm in a 200C, Gas 6 oven for 2mins.
2. Mix together the crème fraiche and horseradish and set aside.
3. Place the blinis on a platter and top each one with a dollop of crème fraiche, a slice of smoked salmon and ½ tsp of the caviar or roe.
