If you often find yourself too busy to put any fitness tips into practice, this handy little hack may be for you. (Especially when you consider that too much exercise may actually not be that good for you, either.)

But, rejoice! Because, apparently there’s one quick fix that actually will help you get fitter and stay toned.

Ok, so, the average woman pees arounds six to eight times in 24 hours and if you do this exercise any time you go to the loo, you’ll be fit in no time.

The one-minute workout

10 squats
10 push-ups
10 alternating forward lunges

But, obviously, if you’re using a public toilet, you are NOT going to want to touch the floor. So, get around it by leaning forward over a counter and doing press-ups like that instead.

And obviously, don’t forget to wash your hands after.

Or, if that sounds a bit like a logistical nightmare, find somewhere else to do this super quick bodyweight workout straight after you’ve been to the bathroom so you get in a good rhythm of it. You’ll be doing 60 of each exercise a day in no time…
