And it’s stunning

Audrey Hepburn’s former Hollywood home is up for sale and at £11 million, it’s not going cheap. Having looked at the photos however, we can completely understand why - we haven't been this excited about real estate since we saw Uma Thurman's apartment pictures.

The gated estate, located in Holmby hills, Los Angeles, boasts approximately 7,000 sq. ft of living space, with six bedrooms, five and a half bathrooms (although we’re not too sure what half a bathroom entails) and a separate guest house. Then there’s also three dining areas, a gourmet kitchen, a huge pool and a private tennis court – not to mention, a 1.1 acre garden.

The stunning estate was built by famed architect Paul Williams in 1938, but that’s not why everyone’s talking about it.

Its main attraction is its Hollywood history, with Audrey Hepburn living there with husband Mel Ferrer during the ‘60s, over the time she was filming My Fair Lady.

Since then, there have been many other famous faces to take up residence, with its past owners including Mia Farrow, James Bond actor David Niven, and American Hungarian actress Eva Gabor, who lived there for over 20 years, with the home being known as the Eva Gabor Estate.

While the estate is impressive in its own right, the main draw is living in a house representative of the golden age of Hollywood. With Audrey Hepburn, Mel Ferrer, Mia Farrow, David Niven and Eva Gabor all living here at some point, this estate must have seen some of the most fabulous and wild Hollywood parties.
