The Grid is another series based on different primal movements, including squatting and lunging. It’s broken down into four separate high-intensity classes, which also incorporate obstacles and fitness equipment. Each class aims to test you to the max, and you can expect to burn 700-900 calories per session.

TEAM GB PRO ATHLETE – FITNESS FIRST

This 40-minute class aims to give you a taste of how it feels to train like a real Team GB athlete. The programme focuses on the five key fitness discplines required by elite athletes: speed, endurance, power, agility and strength. It’s divided into three phases, each followed by a functional workout, designed to strenghten your core.

SWIMFIT – NUFFIELD HEALTH

This new class offers a structured pool workout, providing a mixture of different routines, strokes, speeds and lengths to encourage you to push yourself. It also includes various exercises incorporating water dumbbells, kick boards and buoys to help you improve your cardiovascular fitness and muscle strength. Classes vary according to ability, and last between 30 and 60 minutes.
