Healthy ideas to help weight loss

A healthy weight loss diet reduces stored fat, is good for your health and won’t leave you exhausted or starving. Here are our three top tips for healthy weight loss:

High-fibre foods:
Eating fibre makes your stomach feel fuller than it is. Choose complex carbohydrates, beans and starchy vegetables like carrots.

Drink water:

BREAKFAST
Smoked salmon and scrambled egg
Eat 50g smoked salmon with 1 freerange scrambled egg. Serve with roasted baby plum tomatoes, a squeeze of lemon juice and a sprinkle of black pepper.

DINNER
Barbecued Tuna Steak Nicoise

Combine 100g green beans, 10g black olives, 2 ripe tomatoes, 2 anchovy fillets, 25g hard boiled quails eggs, Cos and Webbs seasonal salad leaves and 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil. Mix with a red wine and Dijon mustard dressing.
Chargrill the red pepper, remove the skin and slice. Barbecue a 100g yellow fin tuna steak and place on the salad.
