Stars’ diet secrets for getting in shape – fast!
If Angelina’s got one of her all-action flicks coming up, she’ll go on a special film-friendly diet. ‘I eat steamed seabass or steamed beef and vegetables, and I have no sugar, and only drink soy milk.’
The newlywed’s slim-down diet tip? ‘I eat lots of soups and fish prepared blandly,’ she says. ‘It might sound bleak, but it works!’
The Oscar-winning Chicago star doesn’t like faddy diets but lives by two rules: ‘I don’t eat carbs after 5pm and I drink skimmed milk.’
Supermodel Schiffer knows it’s important to kick-start the day healthily. ‘I eat lots of fruit for breakfast because it’s cleansing and quickly digested by the body.’
The mum of twins insists it’s all about reigning yourself in. ‘I’m not obsessive about my diet, but the one thing I don’t do is overeat. I can limit the chocolate chip cookies to one or two.’

‘It’s all about portion control,’ says the gorgeous model who looks fantastic in a bikini when she advertises her own swimwear range. ‘Grilled fish, a small amount of wild rice and vegetables is a good meal.’ So that’s how she gets her beach-ready bod.

‘Always eat breakfast because it kick-starts the metabolism,’ advises the WAG, who slimmed right down for her 2008 Italian wedding to footballer hubby Wayne. ‘I also avoid eating ready-made sandwiches for lunch as they contain loads of rubbish.’
