Ingredients: 2 x 135g pack blinis 200g (7oz) crème fraiche 1tbsp horseradish 200g (7oz) smoked salmon, divided into small slices 100g pot salmon caviar or lump fish roe

Method: 1. Warm the blinis in the microwave for 20 seconds or wrap in foil and warm in a 200C, Gas 6 oven for 2mins. 2. Mix together the crème fraiche and horseradish and set aside. 3. Place the blinis on a platter and top each one with a dollop of crème fraiche, a slice of smoked salmon and ½ tsp of the caviar or roe.
