An English pub specialising in raw seafood? Bring on (oyster) happy hour at The Richmond - a cosy Hackney hangout and Londons first and only raw seafood bar, which consists of the yummiest ceviches, tartares from Europe and eight different types of oyster. Yep, and the latter you can try for a mere quid from Monday to Friday between 5pm and 6pm, and 3pm-6pm on Saturdays. Even their wine is raw, which owner Brett Redman declares “you can get wasted and not have a hangover”. Sold.
