In Milan, it has long been the fashion to indulge in aperitivo, miniature dishes served with alcohol, and now Italian lager brand Peroni is bringing the pre-dinner trend to the UK.
Grazing on tasty appetizers, such as salted cod on fried polenta, devised by Michelin-starred chef Giorgio Locatelli, means you’re less likely to over-eat. What’s more, the snacks come free when you order a glass of Peroni. What’s not to love?
