Along with 30 minutes of cardio five days a week, The Fantastic Four actress keeps her abs iron-flat by doing crunches while lying on an exercise ball (a Bosu balance trainer, to be precise). This works her transverse muscles (science speak, think six-pack) because she has to use them to help her balance. Get rolling!
