Crystal clear eye pen

Hi
new to forum and hoping someone out there can help.
I have been searching for the non surgical solution to my baggy under eyes and saw advertised on the TV a new product called the crystal clear eye pen. Has anyone out there used this tool and what were the results? I'd love some honest answers.

You raised this question a while ago - and I'd like to know if anyone has tried it also.
