OK, it's not exactly Galliano, but Conrad certainly knows what the girl-about-LA likes to wear and for spring/summer '09 that's floaty jersey maxidresses, high-waisted skirts and shorts, cute little print shifts and some fantastic Fifties-style swimsuits.
