Michael Kors A/W 2007
Wednesday 11th February 2009
What Marie Claire Editor Marie O'Riordan thought: This was a classic Kors moment. He designs to his own tune - always reflecting fashion, while not exactly trendsetting. He has only one uptown Hampton woman in mind when he creates his collections and she loves cashmere, fur and all things luxurious, with a capital Lux. A lovely palette of rich browns, oatmeal and coffees coloured the collection, mixed with tweeds and azure blue. Meanwhile, the soundtrack was wild - a funky mix of The Sound of Music's goatherd track, with lots and lots of odelays.
