Hold onto your statement sweatshirts, the fashion week circus is back again...

We love a new season mix up and the upcoming show schedule is all change. Woo hoo! We love new, we love change and, frankly, we love a fashion show. When all three come together our little fashion hearts are just fit to burst.

So, you relax back there on the sofa, because we shall be intrepidly traversing the globe to bring you every hot shoe, slick outfit and, crucially, all the gossip we can track down. As a taster to get you going, here are the movers and groovers we are primed to eye up this fashion month.

1. The weather NYC’s in the middle of a snow storm and we don’t actually believe it’s ever going to stop raining in London. Will Milan be a heat wave à la February 2013, will Paris be a wash out? Give us a giant floating globe and we’ll jump on it, (Hunter) welly first, to give you the style forecast. One thing we do know: it is not about packing light. One thing we don’t know: what on earth to wear on our feet.

2. And speaking of Hunter wellies… Hunter is putting on a show during LFW. Heritage brand expansion alert.

3. Katie Hillier and Luella’s debut at Marc by Marc Jacobs We have dusted off our Luella for Mulberry Gisele tote and Batman t-shirt and are ready to pay homage to the double whammy of these Brit fashion greats, reunited once more under the Marc by Marc Jacobs label umbrella. It is VERY exciting.

4. …plus their pal, Stuart Vevers (ex of Mulberry and Loewe) Will unleash his new vision for Coach in NYC. Yay for the Brits!

5. Just Marc Jacobs Having hung up his monogrammed Louis Vuitton beret and given the reins of his diffusion baby to the aforementioned ladies, the maestro can focus solely on his namesake label. It’s always a triumph. But who knows what might happen with the full might of his creativity unleashed on this one show.

6. Karl in sticker form Us, blow our own trumpet? Hells yeah we will. We intend to take our delicious Marie Claire RUNWAY moo.com (make your own at www.moo.com) stickers (free inside our brand spanking new SS14 edition) and graffiti the life out of the shows. Buy your own Marie Claire RUNWAY SS2014 (on sale February 6) and join in. Stickers for everyone!

7. Parisian musical fashion chairs Ok, so: Nicolas Ghesquière will unveil his first collection for Louis Vuitton. Marco Zannini is primed to follow up his haute couture extravaganza with his first Schiaparelli ready-to-wear, while Alessandro Dell’Acqua will step into his ostrich feather flats at Rochas. AND the Irish wunderkind that is J.W. Anderson (Jonathan to his pals) will be tripping the show fantastic at Loewe, where he is newly installed as Creative Director. Got all that? Maybe make notes.
