Victoria Beckham is celebrating a big even with husband David on 4th July, namely, their 19th wedding anniversary. And when you're a fashion designer/style icon and you've got a big date night planned, there's only one thing for it: a new dress of course.

Luckily, VB has her own label, which is full of date-appropriate dresses, and so she went into her London store to pick out the right one.

Giving us all a sneak peek on her Instagram, she revealed her chosen one, a chic black silk slip dress with fringing detail, ie, maximum swishing factor.

She labelled the frock 'the perfect date night dress', saying, 'Shopping for a dress for my anniversary dinner!!'

And we can't help but agree, it's simple and timeless, with the sequin fringes adding a little bit of razzle dazzle to proceedings.

The dress is actually part of her SS18 collection, and is currently half price. In case you're looking for the perfect date night dress too...

She moved to the UK permanently and has never looked back (though she does go back regularly to stock up on cheese and wine).

Although she's always loved fashion - she used to create scrapbooks of her favourite trends and looks, including Sienna Miller and Kate Moss' boho phase - her first job was at MoneySavingExpert.com, sourcing the best deals for everything from restaurants to designer sales.

However she quit after two years to follow her true passion, fashion journalism, and after many years of internships and freelance stints at magazines including Red, Cosmopolitan, Stylist and Good Housekeeping, landed her dream job as the Digital Fashion Editor at Marie Claire UK.

Her favourite part of the job is discovering new brands and meeting designers, and travelling the world to attend events and fashion shows. Seeing her first Chanel runway IRL at Paris Fashion Week was a true pinch-me moment.
