Stepping out for the very first round of Sex and the City 2 promotion, Sarah Jessica Parker, Cynthia Nixon and Kristin Davis touched down at the Showest film convention to chat the movie sequel. And don't think that the absence of a certain fourth member is any cause for those persistent rivalry rumours to rear their ugly head - Kim Cattrall is currently in London performing on the West End stage. But three is a good enough start for us!
