Never one to take a night off from promotional duties, Victoria Beckham naturally wore a dress from her eponymous collection to the British Fashion Awards. The spring/summer '10 sweeping black gown, with intricate beaded shoulders was set-off by dramatic smoky eyes and a slicked-back hairstyle, comprised of tight twisted knots.
