Congratulations, Christina Aguilera. We have officially awarded you the crown for worst frock-up of the decade thanks to this hideously trashy outfit. Remember that phase when she went all 'Dirrty' and started referring to herself as X-tina? Yes, we tried to block it out too, but these pictures just keep coming back to haunt us. The singer arrived at the 2002 MTV Awards wearing a scarf for a top, a scrap of denim for a skirt, and lace-up plastic boots. We hate to be crude and suggest she'd be better off standing on a street corner, but we know it's what you're all thinking anyway... (2002)
