Betty Jackson A/W 2007
The look: Gothic and grunge undertones with a girly twist. Combat-inspired patent boots were paired with simple and feminine dresses, with scalloped hems and hints of sheer. Think Courtney Love fronting Hole, but with a modern and structured sophistication.
The palette: The all-black first half was tempered with taupe, sand, chestnut, burnt umber, brass and seashell pink.
The make-up: To pull off a gothic girly look, smudged eyeliner is a must. Pigtails twisted into tight buns are girly in a Russian doll sort of way.
