If there's one time of year that you can embrace your inner disco diva, then it has to be Christmas. Granting sartorial licence for excess sparkle, lashings of glitter and shimmering embellishment, the festive season is all about a bit of glitz.

There are plenty of sequin-tastic styles lighting up the high street this season, but New Look has produced the most purse-pleasing option I've spotted, with this scoop back dress. At just £35, it really is a steal.
