Demi's turn as Jules in Eighties movie classic, St. Elmo's Fire, saw the actress included in a group of young Hollywood stars who became known as The Brat Pack. Actors including Emilio Estevez and Rob Lowe appeared in a host of youth-orientated films through the decade and the movies' influence on style was crystal clear. An overload of pink blusher, pineapple hair-dos, cans and cans of hairspray and cropped leather jackets were all order of the day; the fashion police must have been rushed off their feet.
