Okay, so it might not strictly be a Best Dressed moment per se, but Geri Halliwell and her iconic Union Jack dress fly straight to the top of our gallery, purely for making such a dramatic, long-lasting impact. And of course, we mean 'dress' in the loosest sense of the term. Geri's 'outfit' was actually a tea-towel stitched to a top, which her sister made for her. Pure genius. (2004)
