Wunderkind

Kooky Dutch-born designer, Wolfgang Joop (of Joop! perfume fame), is the name behind this sassy label, which is particularly popular in Australia and Germany.

After a successful career in advertising and marketing, Wolfgang turned his hand to fashion design in 2003, when Wunderkind was launched. Although still in its childhood, the label is already known for its oversized fits, fantastical yet wearable concept, and retro-inspired feel: large plastic buttons, patterned lining and billowy skirts are all standard quirks.
