The new Great British Bake Off trailer has arrived.

Channel 4's first glimpse of the show, which controversially transferred from BBC One last year, features animated cakes, pastries and vol-au-vents singing a rendition of 'We All Stand Together' by Paul McCartney & The Frog Chorus, perhaps in a bid to unite a British population still reeling from the loss of Mel, Sue and Mary Berry.

No sign as yet of the show's new hosts - Noel Fielding and Sandi Toksvig - or any clue about the fresh format, but the trailer does promise the show is 'coming soon' (keeping it nice and vague there guys) and based on this quirky introduction, it's going to be all change.

There was one thing we did recognise: a cameo from Bread Lion, the award-winning loaf baked up on the show last year that became a viral sensation. What a sell-out.
