Another year, another incredible celebrity turnout on the BAFTA red carpet. And although we’re excited about those well-deserved awards being dished out, we’re equally as excited about the pre-ceremony red carpet action, too.
From beautifully crafted designer gowns, to super-stylish pregnancy dressing (Keira Knightley totally wowed us in this Giambattista Valli creation), slick tuxedos (You’ll want to check out David Beckham’s Tom Ford number) and everything in between – we’ve got all the very best snaps from the night.

Eddie Redmayne stepped out on the red carpet wearing Armani, alongside new wife and style maven, Hannah Bagshawe. Celebrating the success of his critically aclaimed film ‘The Theory of Everything‘, which scooped Oustanding British Film award, Eddie looked every bit the dapper English gent we know and love.
Felicity Jones totally nailed it with this stunning Dior gown. Featuring that signature Christian Dior skirt shape, Felicity went for a contrasting black and violet colourway for her red carpet version, with a subtle touch of floral embroidery on the waist line to complete her look.
Julianne Moore was a vision in red, which of course, was by none other than Tom Ford (naturally). Featuring a plunging neckline and chic halter-neck detail – this really was the perfect frock for this ultra-glam Hollywood star.
Jenna Coleman proved cutouts do hold a place on the red carpet, opting for this pretty, floor-grazing gown. Top marks for the pretty updo and chic black manicure.
Laura Bailey worked an elegant floor-sweeping gown by Brit designer and fashion favourite Emilia Wickstead for her turn on the red carpet. BFS ambassador Bailey knows a thing or two about nailing eveningwear, but this high-neck white frock and quirky matching clutch might just be her best red carpet moment so far.
Reese Witherspoon worked a figure-hugging mauve Stella McCartney gown to attend this year’s BAFTA Awards (as we would if we had a killer bod like that).Top marks for that glamazon bouncy blow dry and those sparkling diamond accessories.
Rosamund Pike worked a chic black Roland Mouret gown like a pro, opting for a halter-style, that perfectly framed her freshly chopped locks and statement earrings.
Romola Garai went for a bold look on the red carpet at this year’s BAFTAS, opting for a two-tone colourblock Roksanda Ilincic frock. Finishing her ultra-modern look, Romola wore her dark blonde locks neatly pulled back into a low ponytail, and accessorised with an equally statement pair of heels.
Amy Adams went for a showstopping white gown by Lanvin, complete with metallic belt and embellished box clutch bag. We’re loving Amy’s barely-there make-up and undone hair, worn in a super-flattering side parting.
Gugu Mbatha-Raw was another one who worked lilac onto this year’s red carpet, and totally nailed it by teaming her statement frock with a contrasting black clutch.
Inbetweeners actess Laura Haddock pulled out all the stops for this year’s BAFTA Awards, working a light grey Valentino tulle gown, complete with plunging neckline and Hollywood-style updo.
Kara Tointon wowed in a stunning metallic Julien Macdonald number. Adding extra glam points, Kara wore her mid-length hair in a suitably coiffed wavvy do, and finished the look with some serious arm candy. Bravo.
