Everything you need to know about the awards ceremony

We're in full Awards season swing and sandwiched between the Oscars and the Golden Globes, annual Screen Actors Guild Award – AKA the SAG Awards – is often a very good indicator of who will take the Academy Awards home in a few weeks. (You can find our list of Oscars 2017 predictions here.) And, it seems like La La Land's winning streak may be over? And, although we didn't get another super romantic speech from Ryan Gosling, Emily Blunt's husband John Krasinski was pretty romantic on Instagram about his wife.

SAGs 2017 Best Moments

The stars from the 23rd Annual Screen Actors Guild Awards ceremony used the event to get political over Donald Trump's travel ban. Kerry Washington from Scandal told the world that actors are activists, too, and Ashton Kutcher declared: 'I am a citizen of the world. Everyone in airports that belong in my America. You are a part of the fabric of who we are, and we love you and we welcome you.' While Veep star Julia Louis-Dreyfus said, 'Because I love this country I am horrified by its blemishes. The immigrant ban is a blemish and un-American.' Read how all the celebrities spoke out here.

We were seriously crushing on Stranger Things' Natalie Dyer in red Miu Miu, Michelle Williams in Louis Vuitton stripes, Kirsten Dunst in an off-white Christian Dior number, Evan Rachel Wood in a blue velvet Altuzarra suit and Orange Is The New Black's Uzo Aduba in a monochrome Elizabeth Kennedy gown.
