Khloé Kardashian confirmed her pregnancy last month, with fans and followers now excitedly awaiting baby news and updates from the Keeping Up With The Kardashians star.
While we still don’t know too many details about the future arrival, Khloé has been sharing tips and recommended exercise routines for other pregnant women.
In fact, in a recent episode on her show, Revenge Bodies, Khloé opened up about weight in general, talking openly about her weight loss and opening up about how she was asked to lose weight for the sake of family brand.
‘[They said] “Khloé, you got to lose weight because you’re really hurting the brand”’, she recalled, before adding, ‘I’m a huge believer of it’s not what you say, it’s how you say it. I understand that was coming from my management side of my family, but it does hurt.’
Speaking about how people used to compare her weight to her sisters’, Khloé continued to People: ‘Being compared to my sisters is something I was used to - but being compared in such a harsh way I just thought, “OK, that's my role”. So I started saying it before people. I was like, “OK, I'm the fat, funny sister. Who cares?”’
She continued: ‘I almost let that take ownership of me. I wasn't fat. I wasn't obese. But I would let society make me believe I was.’
