Say it isn’t so.

As far as celebrity couples go, Brooklyn Beckham and Chloe Grace Moretz were one of the most popular, with fans and followers deeply invested in their on-again-off-again relationship.

Their most famous split was back in October 2016, with the couple getting back together for a third time in August of last year, after Brooklyn had relocated to New York to study photography at Parsons University.

As of this month however, it looks like the couple might have finally called time on their four year relationship, with photos emerging of 19-year-old Brooklyn kissing model Lexi Wood at a New York tattoo parlour, something that unsurprisingly sparked rumours that the couple had called it quits.

It was Instagram however that further fuelled the fire, with 21-year-old Chloe Moretz first announcing that she was listening to Cardi B’s break up song, Be Careful, and then this week actually unfollowing her ex-boyfriend.

Seeing as the Cardi B song is about a girl suspecting her boyfriend of cheating, people have been quick to suspect that there is a deeper message behind Chloe’s Instagram - but it’s important to note that there is on evidence of foul play as of yet.

Who is Lexi Wood?

Lexi Wood, AKA the girl spotted kissing Brooklyn Beckham in the tattoo parlour, is a 20-year-old model, featured in Vogue Japan, Cosmopolitan Russia and Playboy, among others - and boasting a growing Instagram following of over 87k.

Chloe has been open in the past about her heartbreak, talking about their original break up last year to Australian lifestyle magazine, Stellar.

‘I went through a hard year and I’m not going to hide that,’ the Carrie actress explained. ‘I had to deal with this new level of fame while I was growing up, I was getting out of a relationship and all of it was very public. I wanted to hide.’

She continued: ‘I felt like things were falling apart, like my head and heart weren’t in the same place. Things started to change when I realised I have the power within to change them.’

We’re thinking of both Chloe and Brooklyn!
