The place for luxe ladies (and lads), Vente-Privee, is offering great reductions (at least half price!) for the West End smash hit, Sister Act. Tickets go on sale today, but hurry, this cut-price bonanza is only available until April 10.

And that's not all, this discount site with a difference has great deals on some seriously exclusive clothing ranges - last week, for example, there were discounts on the uber cool Meghan Los Angeles, a favourite with sexy Shakira, the super stylish Mary-Kate Olsen, and even our very own scary Mary, Mel B.

Like me, you may now be thinking that you could never afford such wonderous togs, think again - discounts are HUGE - from 50% to 70%.

Current sales include funky JC-de-Castlebajac clobber, or some tres chic American Vintage, plus hundreds of other homeware, fashion accessories, electronic goods, wine (etc - you get the idea), which means you can dress, drink and accessorise like a celebrity, all while sitting in the front row at the London Palladium.

So, what's the deal behind this magical land, which sounds oh so French and sophisticated? Well, set up in 2001, Vente-Privee.com organises exclusive events-based sales for its 10 million members. It started out as a super exclusive club, only frequented by fashionistas, probably of the Parisian and size 0 variety. It says on their site that you have to be referred by a friend to join, but I know not one skinny French woman and they let me in with a few clicks of the mouse, so it can't be that exclusive. Their sales usually last a few days and if you want to take part, it's best to register your details in advance. You'll then be notified as soon as the items hit the virtual shelves. The Sister Act tickets go on sale today and are for performances at the London Palladium from Monday 29 April until Wednesday 30 June 2010.
