The trainer trial part 2
Posted by Emma Sibbles at 10:03 on 16 Mar 2009
There’s no getting away from the fact that they look a little orthopaedic – huge roller sole – but they really did feel to work my legs and core more than my ballet pumps.
I had to wear them with my boyfriend jeans to try and disguise the vastness of them. I could bring myself to wear them with skinny jeans.
I mainly wore them to go to the supermarket (ah the glamour) – and was heckled by a gang of rude boys who took a dislike to them. I took a dislike to their ferrety moustaches but I didn’t feel the need to tell them.
Not feeling brave enough to wear them to the park and pub to meet my friend and her dog, I settled on my converse trainers instead.
