Today is my birthday - Happy Birthday to me - and I have been enjoying a birthday breakfast of sunshine smoothie and chocolate muffins.
Tonight we're going for drinks and I'm having the usual stress of what to wear and the worry that no one will turn up. But the sun is out and for that (and my lovely cards and presents) I am hugely grateful.
It is also my mum's birthday (by some freak of nature) so Happy Birthday to her as well.
